We built a private Hyperledger Fabric blockchain to ensure data sovereignty and immutable audit trails for every medical record. For the intelligence layer, we implemented Transformer-based NLP models that analyze symptoms and medical history to provide early-stage diagnostic detection. The platform utilized encrypted 'Data Vaults' where patients maintain 100% control over who accesses their medical information.
